Requesting A Specific Day?

Our pricing (and profitability) is based upon us being able to “group” customers together based upon where they live. For example, we might group our Kuna customers all on Mondays, so that we only have to go to Kuna once per week. We found that we simply cannot give customers a specific day for free, since it increases the amount of driving we do that day (and decreases the amount of customers served). Therefore, we are happy to service customers on whichever day they wish, but we do have to charge the additional fee in order to compensate for the extra driving time.
