Privacy Policy
Idaho Poop Scoop takes the privacy of our clients very seriously. We will never sell or distribute any of your information to any other company.
Your financial information is secured and encrypted by a trusted and established payment gateway. Idaho Poop Scoop does not and cannot access your financial information.
Your contact information will be stored by Idaho Poop Scoop solely for the purpose of contacting and communicating with you.
SMS/Text Messaging. If you opt in to receive text messages from Idaho Poop Scoop Inc., we may collect your mobile phone number and records of your consent (date/time, method, and the wording you agreed to). We use this information to send texts you request or that relate to our services (e.g., scheduling, service updates, billing notices, review requests, and customer support). You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. We do not sell or share SMS opt-in or consent information with any third parties.
Mobile Information & SMS Consent. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Cancellation Policy
Any customer is free to cancel their subscription at any time for any reason. Simply send us a message through our contact page requesting that your subscription be canceled.
Initial Scoop Policy
The first scoop has a time limit of 30 minutes per yard. If we are not able to get all of the poop in 30 minutes, then we will put in another 30 minutes the next week. Using this policy, we should be able to get any yard completely clean in two or three weeks at the most.
Gate Policy
For the safety of your dogs and your security, we close all gates when we leave the property regardless of how we found them. Idaho Poop Scoop will not be held liable for gates that are in disrepair or gates that do not latch properly upon being closed.
Long Grass Policy
Unfortunately, sometimes we run into yards that have long grass, untrimmed bushes, etc. Although we will work hard to find all the poop we can, our policy is to only scoop the dog poop that we can see. If there is dog poop hidden under grass, shrubs, or other objects, then we cannot guarantee that we will get it. Once the area is cleared, we will get any remaining poop.
Entering A Residence Policy
The employees of Idaho Poop Scoop will never enter or pass through the home of one of our clients unless explicitly asked to by the owner of the home. Even then, our strong preference is to never enter the residence of a client. We feel that this is the best policy for all parties for reasons of safety, liability, etc.
Refund Policy
If we cannot scoop your yard due to reasons outside of our control (locked gates, aggressive dogs out, blocked entry into yards), then we will be out on your next scheduled visit. We continue to bill the full subscription amount as our team will have double the work the following visit and we pay them double for that visit. If you choose to scoop your yard that week of the skipped day, we will issue you a refund.

Terms and Conditions – Idaho Poop Scoop Inc.
The Work:
The Client is hereby contracting with Idaho Poop Scoop Inc. (the Company) to remove and/or dispose of dog poop from the premises designated in the address line above (the Site).
The Company shall carry out and complete the work in a workman like manner and shall have no obligation to execute any additional work unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties. The Client consents to the Company communicating with the Client via email, text, and/or telephone calls.
Access to Property:
The Client hereby grants license and permission to the Company to pass into, over and through yards, gates, alleyways, etc., in order to perform the work. Furthermore, the Client warrants that Client has the legal authority to grant such license and permission to the Company.
The Client understands that the Company may hire independent contractors to perform the work.
The Client agrees to provide unobstructed access to the Site, e.g. to include the removal of all vehicles and other obstacles, gates, doorways and passages clear of obstruction and unlocked and impacted neighbors notified as applicable. To the extent that the Client requests the Company services and does provide unobstructed access as described above, the Client waives all claims and assumes all liability that may arise from the Company’s attempts to pass through/by/over/under obstacles in order to perform the services.
The Client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or consents required for any work to be performed by the Company (both governmental and private). The Client represents and warrants the Company that all such permits and consents have been obtained prior to the scheduled commencement of any work and that the work contained in this agreement is permitted by all applicable laws.
Limitation of Liability:
The client acknowledges that the Company has disclosed that services will be provided by independent contractors who are not employed by the Company, and therefore waives any claim against the Company for any damages caused by an independent contractor. The client hereby waives any claim against the Company or any contractors working with/for the Company for any unintentional damages caused, either directly or indirectly, to the Client’s property. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to gates, fences, sprinklers, grass, pets, gutters, etc. The client hereby acknowledges that if their gate latches are either broken or not visible from the outside of the fence, that neither the Company nor any independent contractors working with the Company can guarantee that the client’s gate is latched and secure. Therefore, the client hereby waives any claim against the Company or its contractors for gates that do not remain closed if the latches to those gates are either broken or not visible from the outside of the fence.
Payment:
The Client understands and hereby agrees to and gives permission to the Company to charge the credit or debit card provided in the payment section of this form if there is a section of this form requiring credit or debit card information.
The Client understands that for subscription customers, a recurring payment will be charged to the Client’s credit or debit card every 7 or 14 days, depending upon the subscription, without notice or invoice. The Company shall not be held liable for any fees incurred by the client as a result of this automatic recurring payment.
All payments shall be charged and made in US Dollars.
The Client agrees that all payments (subscriptions, tips, etc) related to services received pursuant to this Agreement shall only be made to the Company.
Injuries to the Company’s Employees or Contractors:
The Client assumes all risk and financial responsibility to the Company or its agents for any injuries or damages caused by a Client animal. The Client agrees to pay for any and all damages suffered by the Company, the Company’s Employees or any Contractors hired by the Company if they are injured on the Client’s property because of negligence by the Client which produced an unsafe working environment.
SMS Terms of Service:
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree that Idaho Poop Scoop Inc. may send you text messages related to our services, including service scheduling/updates, account and billing notices, customer support, and review requests. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
