What to expect next For your one time scoop:
- We will be there tomorrow (next business day). Check your email for the details.
- We will text you a confirmation message that we will be out the morning of.
- We will text you approximately 5 minutes before we arrive, and again when we are done.
- Your payment includes the first hour of scooping at our $79 rate. If the job takes longer, any additional time is simply prorated at the same hourly rate and billed after the visit. (We almost never go over an hour.)
